Transportation Officer

Role responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer bookings on timely basis
• Follow-up orders from internal departments
• Assign orders to subcontractors according to the specific customer’s requirement
• Plan and negotiate with suppliers for the pick up and delivery arrangement according to planned schedule
• Update the orders status into system
• Complete the daily summary report for all feet movements
• Co-ordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to make sure that the orders are ready to collect & deliver in terms of documentation, equipments and physical goods

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 5 years working experience in trucking/ freight forwarding
• Familiar with all areas of HK Island, Kowloon and N.T.
• Good command of English & Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Knowledge of PC (Word, Excel,E-mail)
• Require to work shift and over-night shift is a must
