ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, employee orientation, development and training; payroll, compensation and benefits administration
  • Review and update company policies and procedures
  • Ensure and enhance HSE practices.
  • Implement and enhance internal control and risk management systems
  • Oversee IT security

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation
  • Prior experience in electrical or mechanical engineering environment preferable
  • Familiarity with US Section 404 or EU Directives on internal control is an advantage
  • Ability to set up manuals and policies, both in English and Chinese
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office are a must

Candidate with less experience or qualifications will be considered for the post of Assistant Administration Manger

Work location is at Ping Che, Fanling. Company bus is available from/to Kowloon Tong and Fanling
