Senior Administrator, Company Secretary

Job responsibilities

• Provide company secretarial services to a range of client companies
• Handle full set of company secretarial documents
• Communicate with clients independently

Job requirements

• Student member of HKICS
• College graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained in professional or listed firms

• Have strong knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies

• Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage

• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

• Good command of English and Cantonese

• Independent and able to work under pressure
