Secretary / Executive Assistant

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Translation, Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of marketing, business development of a sizable company, preferably in trading and manufacturing industry;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently;
  • Occasional travel to China is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit corporate materials for internal and external communication including brochures, official letters, presentation and web site content;
  • Chinese and English translation;
  • Assist in adhoc assignments, project coordination and business related activities;
  • Provide administrative and office support to Group Managing Director's office;
  • Other duties as assigned.
