Operation and Administration Clerk

Job Duties :

- Assess user requirements, analyse system and provide technical support & end-user training;

- Develop, maintain and enhance system specification and documentation;

- Co-ordinate with operation and technical teams for system development and modification;

- Provide assistance in performing user acceptance test and data reconciliation;

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable; billing and invoicing and bank reconciliation;

- Handle HR and administration;

Job Requirements :

- High Diploma or above, preferred with 1-2 years working experience;

- Experience with Insurance/Unit Trust system systems can be advantageous;

- Computer knowledge in MS Office, willing to learn new IT technologies;

- Strong technical, communication, analytical and problem solving skills;

- Good understanding of front, middle or back office of financial markets or services;

- Experience in handling system support or development, troubleshooting, problem fixing, software testing, bugs follow-up and client visit when required;

- Good customer services minded and result-oriented;

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage;

- Hardworking, positive minded, responsible, independent and self-motivated;

- Immediate availability is preferred.
