Relationship Manager - Company Secretarial Operations

Responsibility:

  • Supervise a team of company secretarial staff in providing full spectrum of companies incorporation and post-incorporation services to clients on timely basis and with accuracy
  • Proactively establish relationship with banks and professional intermediaries
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of different jurisdictions and in-house policies
  • Monitor filing requirements and payment deadlines of respective jurisdictions
  • Achieve revenue target as directed

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above and HKICS associate member
  • Minimum 7 years company secretarial experience, preferably holding a supervisor position in professionals firms for 3 years
  • Knowledge of company's requirements in different jurisdictions
  • Mature, initiative, result-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • PC knowledge and hands-on experience on company secretarial software
  • Immediate available is preferred
