Responsibility: - Supervise a team of company secretarial staff in providing full spectrum of companies incorporation and post-incorporation services to clients on timely basis and with accuracy
- Proactively establish relationship with banks and professional intermediaries
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of different jurisdictions and in-house policies
- Monitor filing requirements and payment deadlines of respective jurisdictions
- Achieve revenue target as directed
Requirements: - Degree holder or above and HKICS associate member
- Minimum 7 years company secretarial experience, preferably holding a supervisor position in professionals firms for 3 years
- Knowledge of company's requirements in different jurisdictions
- Mature, initiative, result-driven and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- PC knowledge and hands-on experience on company secretarial software
- Immediate available is preferred
