Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Arrange meetings and business trips
- Handle expense claims, typing and filing
- Update annual leave records and staff plan for the department
- Assist in organising social events within the department
- Manage new joiner arrangements
- Assist in ad hoc projects
- Provide secretarial cover to other departments as required
Experience
- F.5 graduate or above with formal secretarial training with a minimum of five years' experience
- A good team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
- Good spoken English and Cantonese is essential, and a knowledge of Mandarin is desirable
