Service Line Finance Manager / Controller

The position objectives include providing financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and budgeting support to Assurance and Advisory Business Service Line within the Far East Area. This position will be actively involved in analysis, support and forecasting of operating revenue and expenses for the Service. In addition, strong relationship and communication skills are required to liaise with Service Line Leaders and other Finance functions. Involvement in various special and ad hoc assignments will be required. Responsibilities: - Prepare and communicate analysis to support Service Line Leaders in their business decision making - Monitor the top and bottom line to assess if they are in line with the operational and strategic objectives set by Service Line - Manage proactive risk which may have an impact on the Service Line results - Coordinate and prepare budgets and forecasts. Preparation of models to support different budget and forecast - Identify and rectify any data classification issues in relation with the relevant KPIs and measurements - Perform financial analysis, identify and provide commentaries on key budget/forecast variances of the Service Line Qualifications and Requirement: - University graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with more than 6 years of post-qualified commercial experience in multinational companies, preferably in professional service industry - Confident, proactive, organized and positive attitude - Excellent analytic and communicative skills - Strong ability in building relationships and internal networks - Capable of managing multiple tasks and workflows - Ability to work independently but also a team player - Strong command of oral and written English, and proficient in Mandarin - Sufficient IT skills in Windows environment (including MS Office and strong Excel skills in particular) - Travel to the Far East Area Countries may be required If you are interested in the position, please click 'QUICK APPLY' below to register.
