Our client, a top tier Investment Bank is looking for a high caliber individual to join the Wealth Management Legal department.
Responsibility:
Degree holder in Law
Strong knowledge of general banking law
Collateralised lending facilities/ security enforcement/ insolvency
Disputes and litigation
Cross-border/ licensing issues
Terms and conditions review/ amendment
General contracts (e.g. event organisation, sponsorship)
General policy drafting
Successful candidate will start ASAP till April 2010 with attractive remuneration. Candidate will less experience will also consider.
